Questions, answered
Will anyone be able to tell?
Not if you match the height to the shoe. The insole sits under your heel, below the ankle line, so the shoe hides it completely — as long as the shoe is tall enough to. That's the whole reason it comes in three heights instead of one.
Which height should I pick?
Go by the shoe, not by how much height you want. 1.5 cm for low-top sneakers and dress shoes, 2.5 cm for mid-cut trainers, 3.5 cm for boots and high-tops. Ordering more than one pair is the easy answer — then you're covered whatever you put on.
Will it still fit in my shoe?
It's a half insole — 14 cm, heel only — so it doesn't crowd the front of the shoe the way a full-length one does. Your toes keep the space they had. In a snug shoe the taller 3.5 cm option will feel tighter around the heel, so size down a step if your shoes already fit close.
Is it comfortable to walk in?
For normal wear, yes. It's a cushioned wedge, not a hard block, and it stays put under your own insole. Give yourself a day or two to get used to the higher heel position — the same adjustment you'd make with any new shoe. It isn't built for running.
Can I move it between shoes?
Yes, it lifts straight out and drops into the next pair. That works fine if you wear one pair most days. If you're switching every morning it gets old fast, which is why most people end up with one in each pair they actually wear.
What if it's not right?
Send it back within 30 days and you get your money back. Shipping to you is free and tracked, so the only thing you're risking is the time it takes to try them in a pair of shoes.
