Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your bra. If you're not happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How it works:
1. Email us at web.candb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address.
3. Send the item back unused, unwashed and with tags attached.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. You don't need to send it back.

EU customers: This policy does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
